Athletics: Event Management Coordinator

Job Summary

The position will be managing home and special events sponsored by athletics and helping to execute successful game day initiatives.

Duties

• Serving as designated event administrator for volleyball, soccer and other sports
• Supervising of student workers
• Assisting to execute promotions and sponsorships
• Coordinating of game day officials
• Disseminating of required information to visiting teams
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong skills organizational, communications, public relations, customer service
• Can multitask at work
• Collegiate event management experience
