Job Summary

The position will be supporting the management of all Fieldhouse Team Shop store retail strategies.
Duties

• Helping to supervise and direct the team members
• Keep an ongoing communication with the Store Manager
• Store opening/closing functions execution
• Use of technological resources and tools
• Handling sales/fan experience
• Attending to productivity of human resources and team member
• Merchandise operations
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management/leadership experience
• Customer service oriented
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Good with people
• Team player and independent
• MS office proficient
