Director of Ticketing

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of handling the sales and management of ticketing packages for business and not for profit organizations, individuals in the local market.

Duties

• Revenue generation by identifying and closing ticket sales
• Overseeing and growing the organizational ticket sales efforts
• Managing of database for clients and prospects
• Meeting/exceeding of targeted sales goals
• Deliver top notch customer service to fans
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of successful sales experience
• Strong skills in relations building and communications
• Customer service skills/experience
