• Transmission of meeting materials
• Taking and preparing minutes needed for meetings
• Reports and presentation editing
• Supporting projects like business process involvement
• Other related tasks

• Secondary diploma or degree preferred
• MS office proficient
• 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant preferred
• Results oriented, adaptable, resilient
• Can multitask at work
• Can work on-call and on varying days/hours
