Job Summary
The position will be serving as the first contact person of the members. He or she will manage the daily experience of the members.
Duties
- Greeting and welcoming of the members
- Delivering top notch experience
- Answering of phone calls, directing and managing of email/text queries
- Handling of cash float and reconciling by the end of the day
- Frequent checking of cleanliness
- Retail inventory maintaining
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 year of prior customer service experience
- Strong skills communication/computer/MS office
- Punctual and friendly
