Job Summary

 

The position will be serving as the first contact person of the members. He or she will manage the daily experience of the members.
Duties

  • Greeting and welcoming of the members
  • Delivering top notch experience
  • Answering of phone calls, directing and managing of email/text queries
  • Handling of cash float and reconciling by the end of the day
  • Frequent checking of cleanliness
  • Retail inventory maintaining
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of prior customer service experience
  • Strong skills communication/computer/MS office
  • Punctual and friendly
