Job Summary

The position will be in charge of planning, servicing and supervising large events.

Duties

Leading the Men's Basketball
Planning, directing and evaluating the part time departmental staff work
Leading event personnel
Creating and maintaining effective working relations with all concerned parties
Helping to prepare the building to meet the upcoming show requirements
Advising lessees on available services
Other related tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
2 years of event management experience
Good skills in communications
Can stand/walk for long periods
Strong skills in computer/MS office
Current CPR certificate
Valid driver's license
