Job Summary
The position will be in charge of leading and developing a program that can compete on both athletic and academic aspect.
Duties
- Organizing and managing all the facets of women's wrestling program
- Recruiting of qualified student athletes
- Coaching and scouting
- Development and support of players
- Engagement efforts in campus and community
- Annual review changes of the conference
- Coordination of team itineraries/travel/housing and meals
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Successful coaching experience
- Valid driver's license
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
