Job Summary

The position will be in charge of accounting management and handling office duties for the division of food and beverage with 5 locations at present.


  • Assists in assessing of financial efficacy of program operations
  • Developing and leading of Staff Accountant
  • Helping to coordinate ERP (internal/external help desk)
  • Managing and maintaining of accounts payable invoices
  • Managing and maintaining of Corporate Credit Card submissions/cash receipts
  • Other related tasks


  • Organized
  • MS office skills
  • 3 years accounting/office functions experience
  • Strong analytical/interpersonal/communication skills
