Job Summary
The position will be in charge of accounting management and handling office duties for the division of food and beverage with 5 locations at present.
Duties
- Assists in assessing of financial efficacy of program operations
- Developing and leading of Staff Accountant
- Helping to coordinate ERP (internal/external help desk)
- Managing and maintaining of accounts payable invoices
- Managing and maintaining of Corporate Credit Card submissions/cash receipts
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Organized
- MS office skills
- 3 years accounting/office functions experience
- Strong analytical/interpersonal/communication skills
