Job Summary
The position will be directing and managing the daily operations of the intercollegiate program of NCAA Division III in Atlantic East Conference.
Duties
- Supervising of assistant coaching staff
- Recruiting and retaining of student athletes
- Developing and coaching of student athletes
- Teaching and instructing the athletes about the sport
- Developing and active participation in the planning to enhance public relations
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or related field
- 1 year of coaching track experience
- Detail oriented and strong skills customer service/interpersonal/communications
- Can work under pressure
- MS office Suite proficient
