Job Summary

The position will be in charge of performing outbound and service inbound calls for all ticketed sports.

Duties

• Meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Growing of sales each week
• Maintaining of computerized records
• Working on all home games
• Contacting of area businesses
• Make at least 80 outbound calls per day
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• MS office proficient
• Prior customer service/retail sales experience
• Ticketing software experience preferred
• Strong skills listening/presentation/communication
• Ticket sales experience preferred
