Job Summary

The position will be directing all the aspects of tennis program administration of the university.

Duties

• Hiring and supervising of assistant staff and support personnel
• Directing the practice/team competition and scheduling of game
• Recruiting/retaining of student athletes
• Overseeing/maintaining and providing structured managerial methods
• Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor all the time
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in collegiate coaching
• ARMS and Teamworks working knowledge
• Strong skills communication
• MS office proficient
