Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping the Arena Ticket office in their general daily customer service/group sales and service and other general ticket office operations.

Duties

• Give game day support for all ticketed revenue events
• Retention and solicitation
• Invoicing/renewal calls/office mailings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of equivalent part time experience in arena
• Strong skills communication
• Can work varying days/hours
