Job Summary

The position will be in charge of configuring/deploying/supporting/collecting POS devices on game days.

Duties

• Testing of POS devices before the event
• Helping in the physical setup and deployment of POS devices
• Training of event staff to use POS
• Communicating of pertinent technical information
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 2 years of professional IT support experience
• Solid technical problem solving/troubleshooting skills
