Job Summary


The position will be in charge of staff management and overseeing of ticket sales tasks for all ticketed sports for generating new revenue and servicing of current accounts.



  • Selling of ticketed sports through different sales methods
  • Recruiting/hiring/training of sales & service staff
  • Developing and executing approved Annual Business/Sales Plan
  • Leading the daily operations of new Fan Relationship Management
  • Monitoring/managing/evaluating staff performance
  • Other related tasks


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of ticket sales experience with 1 year of ticket sales/ticket management preferred
  • MS office skills
  • Strong skills communication/organization/time management
  • Can work varying days/hours
