Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of helping the franchise to meet its financial goals and providing excellent customer service.
Duties

  • Developing, enhancing and maintaining of relations
  • Attending to incoming calls
  • Collecting of season ticket member information
  • Communicating of upcoming promotions
  • Converting of current Founding memberships
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent sales/telemarketing experience
  • Advanced fluency in Spanish
  • Customer service skills
  • Team oriented and positive attitude
  • Can work varying days/hours
