Job Summary

The position will be in charge of supporting the mission of University of mission of public service while serving to generate a unifying spirit among the faculty, students, staff and alumni.

Duties

• Strategic planning/leadership
• Directing the overseeing and leadership of Sports Performance
• Planning and coordinating of programs/policy
• Use collaborative and comprehensive approach
• Ensuring adequate educational plans
• Student athlete performance and health
• Organizing, coordinating, supervising of all operational aspects
• Driving high performance strategies
• Overseeing medical relationship
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8 years of related experience
• MS office proficiency
• Strong skills communications, interpersonal, time management
• High performance science/elite athletes knowledge
• Can handle sensitive information
