Job Summary
The position will be in charge of leading all the facets of client retention, upselling and cross selling. He or she will build customer loyalty and satisfaction with unique experiences delivery.
Duties
- Gaining account bases' annual renewal commitment
- Achieving of overall new and renewal revenue goals
- Upselling and cross selling the current membership base
- Helping to execute member events
- Entering of all Touchpoint and client profile information to CRM
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of successful sales experience
- Customer service skills
- Sales oriented and committed to team work
- Strong skills communication/organizational
- Can solve problem and can handle multiple projects at once
- MS office proficient
