Financial Operations Associate

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of handling the payroll functions within the Athletics Department while ensuring that all required payroll laws and University policies are being followed.

Duties

• Managing of monthly and bi-weekly pay period closing
• Processing of per hour time reporting
• Compiling of payroll metrics and other payroll data
• Helping with taxable income reporting
• Analysis and verifying of internal consistency/accuracy
• Assigning of transaction codes
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 2 years of successful experience
• Attentive to detail
• MS office skills
• Payroll processing experience
• PeopleSoft experience
