Event Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Lead Event Marketing & Grassroots efforts for business units while ensuring the timely collection of data, management of organizational efforts and community brand engagement.
• Oversee, train and hire Street Team staff to ensure consistent brand presence at Event Marketing & Grassroots opportunities.
• Assist Marketing Team with ticket marketing revenue generation efforts across Individual, Group, Season & Premium Concentrations.
• Manage and support special marketing projects as assigned (Hype Team Auditions, Theme Nights, etc.) including the development of Marketing Plans, Recaps & Communication Strategies. 
• Develop and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve strategic marketing goals and objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
•  1-2 years’ experience in related field
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required
•  Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, proactively problem solve and be highly organized
•  Ability to work long, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
•  Ability to lift 30lbs.
