Job Summary

The position will be in charge of maximizing the quality and efficiency that can reduce the costs. He or she will recruit and screen applicants while hiring/training employees.
Duties

• Developing, reviewing and improving the administrative systems/policies
• Ensuring to stock the office with the required stocks
• Assists in budget setting, monitoring of spending and payroll processing
• Planning/scheduling of office events
• Collecting/organizing/storing of information through computers and filling systems
• Other related tasks

• Can multitask at work
• Strong skills planning/organizational/prioritization
• Attentive to detail
• MS office/Quickbooks experience
