Job Summary

The position will be in charge of building and overseeing the new account management department of Perfect Game.

Duties

Development of strong Account Management Department
Serving as main contact for VIP customers
Assists in travel teams for roster input
Continuous staff training
Helping in the daily operations to run the event successfully
Creating/publishing of official event programs
Other related tasks

Qualifications

4 years of relevant degree
2 years of proven customer service/sales experience
Strong skills communication/interpersonal
General baseball/sports industry knowledge
Adobe Creative Suite/CorelDRAW proficient preferred
MS office proficient
