Ticket Operations Manager

Job Summary

• Supervises daily operation of the Ticket Office and staff according to our policies on both game and non-game days
• Schedules seasonal Ticket Agents
• Manages payroll for Ticket Agents
• Responsible for money transactions, daily sales reconciliation and detailed event reporting
• Actively pursues an up-to-date knowledge of Tickets.com/ProVenue, and serves as an instructor to Ticket Agents
• Coordinates with other departments regarding all current and future promotions within the ballpark
• Assist Sales Department with processing group orders and season ticket packages
• Processes and mails group ticket orders
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and responds to customer inquiries and requests
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred


• Proven supervisory or managerial experience 


• Minimum one year of Ticket Operations experience required


• Minimum one year of experience in the sports industry, preferably baseball


• Minimum one year of cash handling experience required


• Self-Starter and able to work with multiple departments and people 


• Strong customer service skills


• Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel)


• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
