Assistant Athletic Director - Compliance

Job Summary

An Assistant Athletic Director is needed to manage the Office of Athletic Compliance's oversight of the Academic Support Services for Student-Athletes (ASSSA) staff to ensure compliance with all NCAA and Big Ten Conference legislation. This will be achieved by educating all staff regarding academic misconduct and permissible interaction with student-athletes, managing institution's compliance manual, implementing changes for the institution, and ensuring that the proper monitoring mechanisms are established. Furthermore, the successful candidate will serve as the internal, primary liaison to the audit staff while they perform their annual audit and provides all necessary documentation and information to the audit staff.
