Marketing Partnerships Associate

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, coordinate, implement, maintain and track assigned corporate partners in regards to all proposals, contracts and wrap-up to ensure that all elements are fulfilled, executed and reported accurately.
• Monitor, evaluate and update department processes and data entry into our CRM management system to ensure quality control.  Ensuring data is correct across, Accounts, Contacts, Proposals, Contracts etc. Identifying errors made by users and providing necessary feedback.
• Assist and oversee projects as assigned by MP management team. 
• Other duties as assigned which could include prospecting industry publications, facilitating partnership ticket operations, assisting in the planning and execution of various client events, and working selected  game nights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required. 
• Ability to work long, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
