Partnership Account Executive

Job Summary

• Prospect and research new sales leads; make calls; win meetings; earn business; retain and grow partnerships
• Sell partnership assets in-stadium, in the community, and across owned social media and digital properties, including website, app, and e-newsletter
• Sell season tickets and group tickets as part of corporate partnerships
• Identify key open partner categories and assets, as well as new categories and new assets to sell to generate new business revenue
• Conduct cold calls from 50-100 daily to set meetings with new prospects 
• Grow corporate partnership revenue by retaining and developing existing relationships
• Complete all administrative responsibilities and reporting accurately and on time
• Work game nights; support game day operations, activate sponsorships, and entertain existing partners and new business prospects
• Attend outside networking events with the purpose of selling corporate partnerships and building a prospective client list of qualified accounts
• Work all 70  Baseball home games and additional hours as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
• Professional demeanor, organized and detail oriented
