Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations for the Ticket Office include but are not limited to the promotion, sale and distribution of season tickets, advance and day-of single game tickets for home and away contests and special event tickets.
• The Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations and Development position is also responsible for the management, hiring, oversight and coordination of the ticket office staff.
• Because tickets are such a large part of our  Athletic Scholarship Fund giving benefit package this position, and those it oversees plays a key role in the stewardship, cultivation and communication with many of Athletics' largest financial supporters.
• The duties of this position are extremely unique in that it requires a daily office presence from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm as well as regular presence at night and on weekends to execute the responsibilities required for home and away sporting contests and special events.
• A vast majority of our ticketed sporting events occur outside of the standard university work day. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree with three (3) year experience and success in collegiate athletic ticket sales.
• Master's Degree may be substituted for one (1) year experience.
• Thorough knowledge of operational procedures, industry standards and practices specific and unique to ticketing offices/departments. 
• Vast knowledge of the Ticket and Development department's website platform, Paciolan, to insure accurate ticketing, accounting and reporting. 
• Based on position requirements, additional education, training, and/or work experience in the area of specialization inherent to the position, may be required.
