Asst Track & Field Coach, NCAA

Job Summary

Position Summary:

• Assist in all facets of coaching
• Recruitment of student-athletes
• Teaching
• Practice preparation
• Scouting assignments
• Development of game strategies
• Conditioning, and strength training for men's and women's cross country/track student-athletes.
• Complete and put on file in a timely fashion all required NCAA and department forms, telephone logs, contact and evaluation forms, expense forms, etc.
• Assist with preparation of official and unofficial visit forms and expenses

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Collegiate coaching experience and demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred. Degree must be from an accredited institution
