Job Summary
The position will be in charge of providing top notch customer service to all ticket package holders/groups/walk in fans.
Duties
- Ensuring all season ticket/package holders will enjoy while at the ball park
- Managing and running the box office
- Managing and scheduling of staff
- Attending to incoming calls
- Helping in other special groups
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Can receive college credit
- Currently pursuing college degree
