Regional Tournament Director

Job Summary

• Build relationships with travel baseball organizations to attend and promote players through  events.
• Perform daily reach-outs to teams for sales and customer service
• Creation and implementation of tournament schedules for events in region.
• Maintaining working relationship with facilities and county officials.
• Administrative tasks to ensure properly set-up and executed events. 
• Assist with on-site showcases both regionally and nationally when needed. This includes but not limited to traveling to events, running workouts, and scouting players.
• Extensive travel to events required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends required.

• Bachelor’s Degree (Sports Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or related fields a plus.)
• General knowledge of baseball and sports.
• Strong customer service skills a must.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, strong verbal skills, ability to work well with others and collaborate on events, ability to work in fast pace environment, ability to build relationships and sell.
• Proficient skills with technology, including Microsoft products (Word, Excel)
