Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of collecting and maintaining of accurate rosters while uploading rosters and parent information into Team App.

 

Duties

  • Helping to post scores and update social media accounts
  • Confirming of all game schedules
  • Helping to maintain website
  • Coordinating and communicating of contest locations
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as Office Manager or Assistant
  • Proactive and self managed
  • MS office Suite proficient
  • Friendly and confident
