Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

• Hit weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure individual and team goals are met 


• Reach and exceed daily outbound call goals to maximize conversion to butts in seats


• Uphold core values; be an excellent steward of the team in all interactions and conversations


• Work to generate new leads daily


• Find and execute on creative ways to sell groups tickets 


• Establish relationships with youth lacrosse organizations and other key focus groups 


• Work with Operations Team to fulfill group experiences remotely and onsite 


• Maintain accurate records throughout sales process within our CRM


• Will be required to work some weekends 
  
   

• Bachelor’s degree required 


• Strong work ethic and passion 


• Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication 


• Proficiency in Word and Excel 


• Excellent time management skills 


• Must be well-organized


• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment


• Background in sports – particularly lacrosse – is a plus
