Job Summary
The position will be in charge of developing and executing the premium service strategy.
Duties
- Developing and facilitating positive relations with current/new clients
- Helping to create and coordinate special events
- Maintaining of accurate/detailed records
- Give ongoing service training
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of sports sales/service industry experience
- Strong skills interpersonal/communications/time management
- Adobe/MS office proficient
- MS CRM and TM Archtics prior experience
