The position will be in charge of providing organization and leadership in all the facets of the program under the direction of Athletic Director.

• Recruitment
• Budget preparation
• Meet scheduling and preparation
• Organizing of practice
• Fundraising
• Equipment control
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
• Coaching/recruiting experience
• Strong soccer coaching background
• Good skills communications/leadership
