Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of monitoring of fan conversations across all digital/social media platforms.

 

Duties

  • Monitoring of all fan conversations
  • Active responding to questions/comments/feedback
  • Identifying of actionable fan feedback, fan engagement opportunities
  • Analysis and reporting of fan conversation trends
  • Moderating of fan comments
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in digital communities management
  • Organized with strong writing skills
