Job Summary

 

 

 
Responsibilities/Functions:

  • Provide service excellence to all guests and fans with a primary focus on Suite Partnerson a year-round basis

  • Manage and Service assigned Suite Partners relationships and accounts

  • Assist with suite invoicing process, collections and fulfillment of all Suite Partners contractual assets 

  • Assist in the suite partnership agreement extensions, new sales and asset fulfillment 

  • Assist in creation of reports specific to the needs of the department Vice President and Finance personnel regarding suites partnerships, suite attendance and secondary event usage

  • Assist, coordinate and track the complete contract process for both annual suite agreements and single game suite agreements; this includes: distribution of executed agreements to various departments and upload into SalesForce, creation of invoices, aging reports, etc.

  • Conduct partnership kick-off and end of season recap meetings ensuring partner success

  • Coordinate and assist the sales and sponsorship department with asset fulfillment and service of sponsor suite partners

  • Track and ensure that all suite partner information is updated and accurate within SalesForce

  • Coordinate with MetLife Stadium ticket office regarding Suite Partner additional ticket and parking purchases

  • Coordinate and assist with Field Passes and transportation from suite to field

  • Perform game day and all other duties as assigned

 
Required Qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree in Business, Sales, Service, Hospitality or Marketing, or other related field 

  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience in sports marketing, ticket office, hospitality industry, promotions and events or related industry

  • Understands and provides superior customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication is essential

  • The ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment

  • The ability and desire to work long and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook)
