Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Director for assigned sports. Includes:
- Meeting with coaches to before season to come discuss goals and ideas
- Developing, implementing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan
- Create promotional calendar with the given budget
- Creative concepting and execution of in-game videos, including both hype intro videos and sponsorship content
- Planning and execution of preseason car wash shoot day
- Consistent communication with coaching staff, team operations, sports information, event management for execution of promotions, game day
- Creation of team posters, roster cards and in-venue design updates
- Work with ticket operations and ticket sales to put together year-long tickets sales timeline, and plan out advertising and promotion of sales
- Work directly with sport and sports information to create overall social media plan focused on branding the team and encouraging fan attendance
- Postseason planning, including ticket promotions, alumni partnerships, branding on the road, pre-event planning
- Utilize InMotion and Creative Services Team for creation of all graphic, video and photo content
Game Director and Executive Producer for assigned Olympic sports. Includes:
- Produce and direct home events, including videoboard
- Create and load content as needed
- Work with videoboard crew for loading or execution of videoboard content
- Write run of show and scripts
- Oversee staff interns and volunteers for execution of promotions and activities
- Work with Learfield Sports Properties to ensure execution of all sold sponsorship elements, as well as come up with new ideas for partner elements that enhance the game day experience
adidas Internship Program. Includes:
- Direct oversight of adidas intern assigned to shared Olympic sports.
- Train on gameday execution, ROS, script writing and videoboard execution
- Attend games as supervisor and support staff, but goal is to give interns ability to run events on their own
- Communicate with coaches to ensure interns are providing support they need
- Football Execution. Includes:
- Assist in the planning and gameday execution of Football, including on-field activities, Card March, creative planning, and car wash shoot day
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and three years experience in collegiate or professional sports marketing.
- Experience can include internships and graduate assistant level. \
- The university offers market competitive salary and benefits. Grade EF. Salary Minimum $47,476.
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Marketing, Sport Administration or a related field

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, including both verbal and written

Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
