Membership Service Associate

Job Summary

If you are a driven, ambitious and passionate individual, then join our dynamic team! We are looking for a Membership Service Associate to assist the department with client communications, member events, and other duties as assigned.

The Membership Service Associate will provide support and assistance to the Membership and Premium Service departments, including meeting preparation, mailings, and client drop offs. In addition, the Membership Service Associate will lead all game night assistants in duties including VIP area set-up, pre-game touch-points and Pack Perk Redemptions.

Pre- event responsibiities will include:

• Running social media platforms and other client communication, including game night contests, Member Updates, and event invites.
