Human Resources Intern

Job Summary

• Provide general support and administrative assistance to the HR team


• Assist with auditing, organizing, and creating employee personnel files in order to maintain compliance 


• 
  Support recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in-person interviews, conducting background checks, & drafting offer letters 


• 
  Support team with running maintaining and running monthly reports 


• Reconcile data within our HRIS System (ADP) to ensure data integrity 


• The interrelationship of HR and Finance in the areas of new employee paperwork, payroll issues related to onboarding and termination, and report generation. 


• Create and help monitor inventory for New Hire Welcome Kits


• 
  Support Human Resources team with new hire onboarding


• Run Ad hoc projects as needed
