Assistant Baseball Coach

Job Summary

College seeking Assistant Baseball Coach to serve as a leader, role model, and mentor to student-athletes and demonstrate the moral and ethical standards as set forth by the institution. The Assistant Baseball Coach will assist with the recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes, the planning and implementation of practices, scouting, individual coaching sessions, equipment, office work, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess excellent organizational skills
• Written and verbal communication Skills
• Prior Collegiate playing experience 
• Piror coaching experience is preferred
• Pitching background is preferred
