Athletic Trainer Intern

Job Summary

Athletic Trainer Intern needed to be responsible for the managing the care of student athletes competing in the College's athletic programs. As the Athletic Trainer Intern, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience with all aspects of athlete care.

Skills:

• Performs routine tasks as assigned using existing procedures, practices, techniques, etc.
• Organizes and coordinates travel arrangements, practice times, medical records/files, etc.
• Performs standard assignments and responsibilities and makes recommendations for improvement/efficiency, resourcing, etc., as necessary
• Performs administrative duties related to athletic activities including assisting with coordination and scheduling
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems and/or correct standard, routine issues
• Maintains and adheres to schedules and budgets
• Coordinates with external parties for the exchange of necessary information

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a CAATE accredited institution.
• BOC Certification eligibility
• FL State Licensure eligibility
