Job Summary
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Sales, Marketing or other related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of corporate business experience required.
- Prior experience in the sports industry with exposure to event management or event sales preferred. Exposure to Ticketmaster Archtics computer system is also preferred.
- Must possess strong Microsoft Office skills to include mail merges and intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Previous customer service experience including heavy call volume.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Team on various roles throughout sales cycle, including but not limited to: customer relationship management, preparation of sales materials and agreements.
- Responsible for a heavy volume of sales calls.
- Management and execution of prospecting/renewal events and scheduling.
