Production Assistant

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a stage manager for the team production, ensuring all elements are executed on time and to the highest possible quality
• Interact with fans to choose contestants or participants for game features
• Check-in and escort pre-game guests to their performance locations
• Prepare game entertainment giveaways and props before each game
• Strikes game production assets at the conclusion of each game
• Occasionally perform as a mascot for community appearances
• Provide production support of non-game special events
• Duties as assigned

Required Skills / Qualifications

•  High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working in professional or college sports game production, or equivalent production experience in event management preferred
•   Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment 
• Flexible schedule – ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time 
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Mascot experience a plus
