Stadium Operations Manager

Job Summary

General Position Responsibilities

• Serve as leader and primary company agent in the maintenance, appearance and cleanliness of the Field.
• Direct, oversee and guide the stadium operations staff which includes but is not limited to;
• Stadium Cleanup Crew
• Game Day Staff including- parking attendants, ushers & games area.
• Oversee and maximize stadium operations budget which includes but is not limited to;
• Stadium Supplies
•  Operations Labor
• Ability to develop systems and processes for the most efficient use of resources.
• Ability to create plans to proactively prevent theft. 
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and IT.
• Complete understanding of California Labor Laws and safety regulations.
• Commitment to providing the best fan experience imaginable at the Field
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to work extended hours while on feet in adverse conditions (primarily heat).

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience

• At least one (1) year of management experience
•  BA or BS college degree preferred
