Part-Time Member Concierge

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of managing the daily experience of the members that require a positive welcoming and intuitive sense of what a concierge can offer the members.

Duties

• Greeting and welcoming of the Archetype members
• Delivering top notch experience to each person that enters
• Can handle booking appointments/personal training
• Answering of phones
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of prior customer service experience
• Strong skills communication/writing
• Organized and can multitask
• Strong Ms office skills
• Can work varying days/hours
