In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the database and supporting applications, while developing strategies for data input growth, ETL processes, archive recovery, and warehouse integration. This position also cleans and maintains the database by removing old data or duplications and evaluates and implements integration with new technology. We are looking for a driven, ambitious and hardworking individual to join our diverse team!
What would you do?Reasonable accommodations may be made to you to perform these essential functions:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of data within the Microsoft CRM database and data warehouse, including data imports and data hygiene.
Facilitate the integration of the CRM database with the ticketing system and the Marketo email marketing system.
Utilize third-party API’s and necessary additional resources to capture, transfer and/or store data.
Support the collection and management of all customer related data.
Build web scraping tools to capture and store publicly available data.
Assist the Business Intelligence team with design projects to upgrade CRM functionality for department stakeholders and build Data Migration Pipelines using tools such as (but not limited to) SQL, Python and Scribe.
Develop, implement, optimize, and troubleshoot Extract / Transform / Load (ETL) processes.
Develop and maintain a strategy to ensure data standards, security, stewardship, lineage, and metadata management
Lead all aspects of database operations, including defining and resolving database problems, monitoring performance, and managing storage.

What are your proficiencies or equivalent experiences?

Ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner.
Computer skills required: experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook). Proficiency in Excel, ideally with experience writing formulas and working with Pivot Tables. 
Knowledge of T-SQL and Python strongly preferred.
Ability to understand and work with API's.
Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to work well on a team and independently.
Ability to manage specific processes and tasks in the department under supervision.
