Customer Service Representative

MLB Franchise Baseball club seeking Customer Service Representative to take on the responsibility of servicing all calls routed to the MLB Team. This includes selling individual tickets, answering customer questions from A-Z, guiding fans using MLB smartphone apps, and directing calls to appropriate departments.

 

Ticket Services Representatives also provide assistance to other departments and projects as needed; including parades, promotion and gift distribution in stadium. This is an ideal starting point for individuals looking to begin a career within the MLB Team organization.
