Job Summary
The position will be helping the Head Coach to plan, manage and evaluate all the facets of Women's softball program of the college.
Duties
- Plan, manage, evaluate the sports program
- Teaching, training, conditioning and coaching of all team members
- Leading and managing functions to produce quality intercollegiate team
- Helping with on court coaching/instructing
- Helping to manage facets of program
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- 1 year of high school/college coaching experience
- Strong skills organizational/interpersonal
- Positive role model
- Valid driver's license
- 3 years of collegiate coaching experience preferred
