Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Conduct season long planning and projection analyses areas including but not limited to ticket pricing, game-by-game and season long revenue forecasting, forecasting for shows
- Conduct data-driven analyses and recommendations to move the business forward through collaboration with marketing, ticketing, corporate partnerships, community relations, and PR / communications teams
- Work with ticketing and CRM coordinator to develop and implement campaign strategy
- Conduct assessments of potential new internal and fan-facing technologies to improve our internal and fan experiences
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation across reporting and analytics.
- Conduct analyses as needed on deals and revenue growth opportunities to inform executive stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally to collect, organize and communicate strategies and opportunities to executive leadership through the development of clear, concise deliverables
- Meet with executives, department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to: assess, capture, and implement solutions for business reporting and/or data needs; solicit cooperation; and resolve business problems.
- Conduct periodic calls with other industry leaders to identify and implement best practices to implement.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in top tier management consulting or corporate strategy function
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel modeling
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner, including managing multiple concurrent projects across stakeholders.
- Ability to develop, articulate, and present detailed business cases for senior level audiences.
- Keen attention to detail, strong time management, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn new programs and skillsets.
- Familiarity or experience with sports teams and / or sports industry preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed, in addition to traditional business hours.
