Job Summary
Sports Facility in need of a Ticket Office Supervisor to manage every aspect of assigned events from the advance planning stages through the end of the event; control ticketing inventories and oversee processing of orders and payments; hire, train, schedule and manage all Ticket Office, Part-Time staff; coordinate communication between part-time Ticket Office staff and delegate assignments; be responsible for and ensure overall customer and lessee satisfaction and experience.
