Remote Basketball Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are currently hiring sales coordinators for Men’s & Women’s Basketball.

Responsibilities:

• Scout and screen all potential clients for benchmark talent level.
• Source and recruit potential clients to our recruiting service packages by using social media, live game evaluations, databases, etc.
• Recruit and follow up with potential clients & their parents on a routine basis. Sign up a minimum of 2 clients per month, on average.
• Represent the organization with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Follow all  sales tips and guides to secure clients.
• Provide weekly documentation and updates on all potential clients.
• Uphold and promote company reputation.
• This position is sales only.
• Placement of the athletes are handled by another department.

Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately evaluate talent to a specific level
• Self-starter, selling nature 
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree 
• Former College Coach or Athlete
• Detail-oriented
• Social Media Savy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
